My name is Trish Bantle and I am a teacher in the special needs department at Durand Junior/Senior High School. I have the privilege of working with students 7th through 8th grade in their specific areas of need. I am enjoying my 12th year with the district and look forward to many more years of working with families and colleagues to help our students. On certain days, if you happen to visit my classroom, you may find a 3 legged yellow Lab, named Cricket as an esteemed visitor. He is a great helper and motivator for students in my classroom. He is also very good listener and never tell a confidence!
I am also the head HS Cross Country Coach and assistant Track Coach. I am lucky to be able to spend time with athletes outside of the traditional classroom, and in this role, continue to help these student/athletes develop the skills they need for success after High School!
