To request an official school transcript, you must complete the Transcript Request Form and return it to the guidance office. Transcripts will be mailed directly to the schools of your choice after you have completed the online college application process. Those completing paper applications should bring the completed application, along with a check for the application fee and a signed Transcript Request Form, to the guidance office.
