Enrollment and Registering 

Parents may register their children at the school building their child will be attending: 

Caddie Woodlawn Elementary School: grades 4K – 5 (650 Auth Street, Durand) 

Durand-Arkansaw Middle/High School: grades 6 – 12 (604 7th Avenue East, Durand) 

Please have the following information with you when you register your child:

• Proof of address

• Name and address of previous school attended, if appropriate

• Certified copy of student's birth certificate

• Student's immunization records and medical/prescription information, if appropriate

• All primary and secondary guardian information including employer, work phone and email addresses

• Emergency contact information

Kindergarten Registration

The Durand-Arkansaw School District has kindergarten options for 4 and 5-year olds.

An optional all day, two days per week 4-year old kindergarten program is offered. Children must turn four by September 1st to participate in the 4-year old kindergarten program.  

Our 5-year old kindergarten is an all day, five days per week program. Children must turn five by September 1st to be eligible for 5-year old kindergarten.

Please note that not all 5-year olds are ready for kindergarten; they need to be socially, academically, physically and emotionally ready. If you have questions, contact the elementary school psychologist.
